Customization, integration and workflow
I found the solution useful in enhancing the operations of our legal department. I have also established that contract management has become very easy this time round with some approvals being automated and tracking not a very big issue. Processing of legal requests has increased in speed resulting to better organization and assignment of tasks.
It's not the most intuitive software to configure. We had to rely on Galexy's project manager for a large portion of the deployment. Easier from a user standpoint.
In my work, I frequently need to copy data and work with it on other software such as Excel spreadsheets. The task of producing reports that can give a good feel for the legal cost or depicting KPIs is complex.
