What is Sirion Agentic CLM Platform?

Sirion’s an AI-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, built on an agentic architecture, caters to all three phases: Store, Create, and Manage. In the Store phase, Sirion leverages the Extraction agent to minutely extract structured data from legacy and third-party contracts — forming the foundational data and semantic layer for other agents, like AskSirion, to operationalize. In the Create phase, users can leverage the Draft agent over a conversational interface to create contracts while the Issue Detection and Redline agents identify, score, and remediate risks surgically with references to positions defined in the enterprise playbook. In the Manage phase, the Obligation agents track obligations, monitor compliance, and trigger performance escalations, while the Invoice agent helps reconcile invoices against contract terms, preventing value leakage. Sirion ensures agents act within governed boundaries — autonomously when safe, and with human oversight where needed.

Overall, this system is much better than the previous systems we were using and it combined three systems into one for us! Overall I would like a little more flexibility as far as customization for some of our complex processes but Sirion does always try to find a workaround or update in a later cycle to accommodate our needs. The reps have been amazing partners to work with. They are consistently kind, patient and understanding of our needs and willing to work things out with us when we have questions.

Overall, the support team and lead contact for Sirion have been responsive and easy to work with. However, the tool itself continues to present challenges. Updates are frequently released without prior notice, and these changes sometimes alter or remove existing functionality. There are also workflow gaps that have remained unresolved. As a result, system feature can feel inconsistent functioning smoothly at times, but becoming unreliable after updates.

The autodraft feature is amazing and extremely helpful as many of our contracting templates are quite long and also require data privacy terms to be in compliance with data laws around the world. The flexibility of conditional questioning and auto-draft saves a huge amount of time and also helps craft the correct agreement and correct data terms each time. The integration with Adobe E-sign has helped speed up the process and the need to download the documents and then go to a secondary site to send. It makes it extremely easy to get a contract approved and close out the request. The OCR feature of search also helps find all relevant documents as some products are purchased via reseller or the supplier was acquired making it harder to find without the search.

Responsiveness of the support team. Redline/Compare Functionality. The plugin's redline and comparison features are very useful for reviewing contracts. They streamline the review process and help ensure changes are identified quickly and accurately. Customizable views provide users the ability to track and manage their CDRs.

1) The user-friendly design and general ease of use: it took me 30 minutes to navigate in the basic functions of the systems 2) BI-driven customizable dashboards 3) Workflows flexibility: I can decide who needs to be involved when and the exact thresholds 4) Self-service capabilities - thanks to the templates and clauses library, legal does not to be involved which brings efficiency both to the business and legal 5) different options of creating contracts: I can upload a contract, use a template or leverage the online editor to draft the agreement 6) easy folder structure under each entity (counterparty) 7) comments section allowing me to tag different stakeholders 8) portal for external parties that allows to provide their changes easily 9) AI-driven duplicates detection

Dislike

Admin Settings are extremely limited and the admin guides are not very helpful. There is little explanation about the different capabilities but also an inability to complete the admin updates on your own. All internal stakeholders must be users to review docs/redlines. We have many different departments and stakeholders that we require to provide approval on sections but do not need to use sirion otherwise so no license is really needed other for this limited purpose so we have to send via email to them for now.

Dislike

Key areas for improvement include inconsistency of certain features, particularly after system updates. Unintended changes introduced during often take a long time to resolve, which impacts workflow continuity. Additionally, performing mass updates can be challenging, updating data scale requires significant effort, and adjusting individual records to complete the process can be time-consuming.

    User friendly tool that will transform your contract management processes

    My overall experience with the tool is great. The system is extremely user-friendly and guides the user in the contract requesting. Our contracting processes drastically improved since we are using SirionOne: we are maintaining searchable central repository and intuitive workflows. Finding relevant contract, renewals, amendments and terminations take 30 seconds and encourage users to use the tool on daily basis. I have also better visibility thanks to the very intuitive design and customizable dashboards.

    Our overall experience with Sirion has been positive. The build and support teams have been very supportive throughout our implementation and onboarding. They were consistently easy to work with and always took our concerns seriously. While we did encounter occasional miscommunications, these were addressed quickly and effectively, which helped maintain our confidence in the project. Overall, the collaboration with the Sirion team has been great, we've appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to delivering a smooth experience.

    Very positive. Sirion CLM platform is very robust and highly configurable. So it supports every even crazy business requirement. It is more that opposite as the tool is extremely flexible, we have to limit business to not be too much creative and keep the good balance with usability, as in tool we can achieve almost anything

    We've been using Sirion CLM to centralize and manage our client contracts, and it's been solid step forward. Day to day, it gives us better visibility across request and reviews and vendor easy to work with regular touch points and quick turnarounds on change request have kept things moving without a lot of friction. The recent collab features in the online editor upcoming one would made drafting and review loops faster and less messy
