The overall experience using the HROne is exceptional and maintaining the record has been made very easy by using the software. Initially it was a bit challenging but as soon as they provided training for the software and explained each and every details of it it becomes very user friendly to us. The support provided by the consultant that is assigned to helped us to resolve our issue truly on time. This has increased the efficiency of our daily HR Operation which included attendance tracking and management , payroll process, employee engagement, performance management and asset management etc.

It's easy to use and process our request at any time from everywhere, we can access this application through mobile phone also. It reduces all the paper works related to it. We have been using the SAP HCM - ESS and MSS from couple years and most of the modules like Benefits and Payment , People Management , Travel etc. have been enables for more than 50k users of the organization. I have used both ESS and MSS. Following are the like and dislikes about the solution. PROS : 1) Well deigned modules with all the operations available 2) Easy to manage employees CONS : 1) It is very complex to do the enhancement 2) Expensive licenses 3) UI is not upgraded as per time

User UI fees outdated compared to software I've used previously, however the program functions fine & smoothly once you get used to it. Good customer support.
