We obtained some really good insights to how we should be designing our applications to maximize cost savings and application performance efficiency. The IBM team did a great job of explaining the results and detailing how they arrived at them. They did a great job in answering questions and making sure I was comfortable and understood the application dispositions. The support from the IBM team was great, they are very good at communicating and helping us get the information they needed to finish the analysis. Speed, Agility and Skill what come to my mind when I look at the overall experience and they excelled and delivered due to that.

First, we had no strategy of what assets should grove and when. We didnt even have the capability to assess affinity groups (move groups), depreciation, architecture for cloud deployment, security, and SOX control porting. Hexaware prepared strategy that we could use to sell to management for budget allocation and prioritization. Later they had the tools and framework to move our assets at lightning speed into AWS and some into Azure. Now, they have monitoring solution and continually converging our asset base based on usage and needs.

Connext is excellent in providing MSP services as a whole. In terms of service qualification, connext has many gold medal qualifications of public cloud, such as azure, AWS and Ali. This has provided a lot of strong support for our IT business development. In terms of service quality, connext has a high-quality service team, which provides us with professional services and professional solutions for our pain points.
