It was painful getting setup and difficult to sometimes get support but once it was setup it's been working great.

OCR capabilities combined with RPA and BPM in one integrated automation platform allow us to implement automations in an effective and efficient manner. A typical use case is having multiple PDF forms that may have a different layout, training the model to find the required data attributes from the forms and process those in an RPA robot (e.g. input the data into our business applications). Over the last years we have successfully implemented many use cases showing FTE savings, increased efficiency, ruled out human errors, and closed integration gaps where no technical interface automation was possible.
