The service provider was able to work with the team through the selection process and implementation, applying out organisational principle to change our process to fit the system. Team members were knowledgeable in the S4Hana platform, module process and configuration needs.

Our implementation was very difficult and long, considering also complexity of our GxP environement my experience is very good. Cooperation and communication was perfect it speed up the whole process. We should start to build relations and manage organizational change much earlier.
