I have found it to be quite useful, in giving and receiving recognition. I like that the recognition can be both public and confidential, as I can understand that some people may likely prefer to be recognized in private. I have found the service to be useful, I do wish it was advertised more as I have come across colleagues who actually do not know what the service is, until they are recognized.
