The speed to recognize has been key in the adoption of this tool, allowing colleagues to easily recognize others without having to jump through too many hoops or gain specific approvals before entry.
Culture assessment, Analytics and alignment with business goals is the best feature of this product. By defining & nurturing the cultural elements of my company I was able to improve the employee moral of my direct reports. This helped us in getting more competitive and efficient The product has also helped me in bringing in employee engagement and has allowed appreciation of peers a habit
1) Social recognition related to likes, comments, points 2) Dashboard driven approach to plan, act and track 3) Plugins and integrations with all major third-party applications such as outlook, slack, google and MSteams 4) Simple and intuitive application 5) Information architecture of categorization of products is smartly designed for a smooth user experience 6) One platform for all the rewards and recognition needs
It's hard to find much fault with the Culture Cloud tool in it's current form. Historically, the UI wasn't great, and at times clunky. However, recent UI updates have made this feel a much more thought out tool - from submitting points to the catalog of options to select when redeeming points. The criticism from some remains that in that there is a disparity between catalog options between countries - this especially comes to light when teams are spread around the globe - not a fault of the tool as such, but perhaps that is not clearly advised or warned of during setup.
1. Complex Implementation- Deploying this product within the organization requires a lot of time and effort. We deployed this a separate product but when we tried to integrate with an existing product it proved to be more time consuming 2. Continuous Maintenance and Limited automations- When we tried to do some custom automations it did not turn out well. The existing data and analytics is efficient but external automation will giving cutting edge view
1) Overall it is a great product but the mobile version is little clunky 2) The customizable e-gift cards catalogue is not exhaustive and needs to add more industry options periodically 3) Customer support is not proactive 4) Order support tracking to be little faster 5) A quick reference guide on various options usability would be benefical for first time users 6) If the product is out of stock after confirmation an alternative product should be suggested quickly
