Achievers Platform Likes & Dislikes
What stands out most about the Achievers Platform is its user-centric design. The real-time recognition feature is phenomenal- it encourages immediate acknowledgement and celebrates achievements as they happen. Additionally, the boost feature is also very useful. It means that other team members can boost an acknowledgement that a user receives allowing multiple colleagues who share the same sentiment to provide acknowledgment to the same user saving time. The flexibility in reward options ensures that everyone feels appreciated according to their preferences , boosting overall morale.
Read Full ReviewI don't really dislike anything about the product. The platform works exceptionally well already. Some additional improvements could be removing occasional delays in notification delivery, which could impact the immediacy of recognition, however this does not happen often.
Read Full ReviewI wish that the UI gave more incentivization to users to also give out high fives, I feel like most users that give highfives do it actively, but with a little notification to highfive someone in your unit/following list would do wonders. I dislike the search system and UI for the search bar - It makes it feel like a task just to find the person that you're looking for. I feel the default should go to your unit and should be in small name cards that can fit four to a square on either a pop up or a completely different page. Lastly, I think the system should operate similar to X or previously twitter; I would love it if you were to write a message of tell us who did a good job prompt box at the bottom of the screen, then with prompts to select the candidate later. Predominantly I get discouraged from using high-fives simply off the idea that it feels cumbersome to write something on the platform. The order of creation needs to change (text, tag, add picture), the placement of how to start needs to change, and there needs to be more encouragement to create a profile or to tag other people.

Reward Features Appreciated But High-Five Creation Process Discourages Participation
The UI once you get into creating a high-five is very nice and legible. The inclusion of GIFs and pictures makes it feel a lot more genuine. - IT ASSOCIATE10B+ USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Coworker Recognition Features Stand Out as Key Strength of Achievers Platform
My overall experience with the Achievers Platform has been quite positive. It has truly transformed our approach to employee recognition, making it more efficient and meaningful. The intuitive design allows for easy navigation, and the ability to customize rewards has empowered us to tailor acknowledgements that resonate well within our team culture. - Software Engineer10B+ USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Effective System with 1 Improvement Needed: Calendar Integration
Pros: - Clear system - Easy navigation - Centered content - Good level of customisation with recognitions - Easy to spot peers who have been recognised - Catalogue & marketplace works very well - very intuitive to find products Cons - A modal for create recognitions would be better than a sidebar -> its the main content at that point in time so best to focus on it - Not available on iPhone for a long time - Risk and Quality Senior Associate10B+ USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Platform Concept Praised but Navigation Difficulties Reported After Recent Layout Change
I love the concept behind this platform and it generally works very well. Since the change in layout, I do not always find it easy to navigate - in particular, to find how many points I have to spend (i.e. points awarded to me), or find a list of the recognitions I have received. To some extent, of course, this will improve as I become more familiar with the new layout. However, I do miss having my points totals (both received and available to give) in a panel at the side of the screen on the main page. - Engineering Manager10B+ USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Wide Vendor Choice and Free-Text Enhance Experience, GIF Limitations Disappoint
I like the wide variety of vendors to redeem your points. I like that there is a free text provided so you can write nice feedback for people. I like the ability to post GIFs and other media. I do not like how limited the GIF selection is - let people post their own (treat people like the sensible adults that they are). I like the bias detection tool - anything that does not restrict the user from saying what they want to say is great. This tool instead allows the user to examine what they have written and decide for themselves if they are happy with it - great job.
