easy Simple intuitive
It syncs with annual performance reviews, so recognition isn't just happening in a vacuum. Every time I recognize someone, I know their manager will see my praise when it's time to make crucial career decisions like pay or grade adjustments.
While it is a great platform for recognition, it is worth noting the amount of points allocated per year for rewards may feel limited to some employees. Increasing the annual point allocation could enhance the perceprtion value and appreciation,. making the recognition more impactful
Expiration or de-activation of accrued points. We are taxed on these rewards meaning this equivalent to cash. Points should not be de-activated Items that can be purchased are overpriced compared to current market prices.
I do not have enough experience with managing the tool to know the negatives. The only things I can think of are: 1) Opportunity to proof recognition emails better before they are sent to the client to review 2) I believe there may have been a mail merge mix up at one point 3) Not always 100% responsive (response w/in 24 hours) and requests actioned on first ask
