As an Employee, who has been receiving rewards in form of vantage points from last 3 years, i can say that Vantage circle really serves the purpose of rewarding employees. It has a vast number of vendors in all sort of domains like Online shopping, offline stores, food delivery, groceries etc. which help us utilize the vantage points to the fullest extent in our daily lives. I have been using it regularly and i can say that it is really helpful.

Redemption of the voucher is good but the main functionality of the product is very bad. The application is supposed to provide vantage points for the product being purchased from various websites. Even after going through their T&C of every process and procedure, their app is not able to track these transactions and hence do not provide points. Due to this, I as a customer have lost thousands of points and complaining also does not help.

The best thing about vantage is the number and wide variety of vendors available to choose from. I personally have utilized to buy Gold jewelry, movie tickets, food delivery, buy electronics, clothes from offline as well as online marketplaces. Also, the vantage points can be instantly converted into vouchers like in 2-3 minutes which is also really helpful.

Redemption of points is easy and fast.

The ability to reward employees instantly, combined with an easy-to-navigate, makes this a great tool. It simplifies the process of sending and receiving rewards while keeping the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

I think the product is already working at its best by providing such a great number of vendors to choose from. But one think i do not like and would request the Vantage team to work on is : provide more denominations of vouchers to select from under a vendor. For example, for many of the groceries related vendors, the minimum denomination available is 250 whereas it is not necessary that the cart value will always be 250 or more which causes unutilized amounts in a voucher as a voucher can be used only once. Due to this many a times i have to increase the cart value forcefully to utilize a voucher.

Bad customer support. One of the major functionalities do not work, It mostly feels useless to even try to use this portal to buy products using their affiliate link.

1. More gift-card/e-commerce options can be added. 2. Required to have more rewards categories. 3. Minor technical glitches
