    Overall good, it's very easy to use and maintain by the employee, and users can get access as per the role wise. The most widely used feature is very fast response and easy to share the details of one to others and recolonization based on the impermanence level we can be able to do the next step and do the appraisal within this. We can set the hierarchy to approval by the manager and the high role holder by the team.
