The system is agile and scalable. Our biggest concern today is that all our rewards and merch goes from one facility in the US, to the rest of the world. Semos will help us localize this. We can implement country specific perks and reduce delays and the need to manage it globally, taking into consideration key factors like local currency. The product also has been integrated with SuccessFactors for many clients, which is one of our prerequisites while choosing vendor.

I love the opportunity to recognize my peers and leaders for efforts above and beyond the call of duty; this gives me a chance to thank them; it also enables me to build a foundation that will assist in the future--making them more likely to help me in the future. It also allows me to grown my own personal brand

As we are very new to the system (we are yet to implement), I have not noticed any negatives about it. There is always space for improvement in technology but we will know as we go through the implementation and start living with the system. It has been an excellent experience engaging with them so far.

The second screen where you write the review does not include the persons name; so if you are appreciating multiple people at once, there is no way of reviewing your list. You have to revert back a step and risk losing the appreciate message you have written.
