Being able to thank your coworkers and send it in a tangible way as well. Receiving money each month to give, it encourages interacting with and sending positive affirmations to your coworkers. Also, feeling recognized by higher ups on awardco really boosts confidence.
Employees are able to use the points to purchase things they want and it's not a gift card that they get from their manager that the manager picked out. It makes rewards very easy from an administration standpoint.
I like that users can get rewards from different programs and use them to redeem items within Awardco. I like that users can recognize other coworkers for their efforts. I like that the platform shows users milestones, such as birthdays or anniversaries, from throughout the company. I like that redeeming items is an easy and quick process with many selections.
having to enter my email and log in with a passcode emailed to me each time. I wish it would let me stay signed in or log in with a password saved to my phone to make it faster and easier. I also wish there was an app I could download instead of having to use it on the web. It is just more convenient when I am on my phone. I also wish there was a search function in the area where you purchase awards. For example, to be able to search by what you can get out of all gift categories with how many points you have.
The support has not been a good experience with Awardco. We have had multiple issues that needed to be handled with Awardco and each time we've contacted them we've been passed around from person to person without the issue being fixed.
I dislike that I don't have points to give to others (I'm assuming only managers have this feature available). I dislike that the recognition feed cannot be filtered by date range. I dislike that the Awardco knowledge base is very short.
