The only weaknesses for this product I could think of is that people can essentially give their Kudos points to the same people over and over again. This does not help employees think of favors or Kudos to people who work outside of their direct spaces.

Read Full ReviewI cannot think of significant weaknesses with the product. Maybe the website could be easier to navigate and find Kudos you've given and received, and the ability to sort these list separately. Additionally, I wish you could use a phrase besides Good Job for 20 points, for example.

It is fine - it is easy to send Kudos but I find the interface isn't intuitive and I have to remind myself how to navigate it every time I log in.
