Oracle Support is outstanding and we've had a 100% resolution rate for service requests logged. I truly feel supported by the vendor and appreciate the application usability, ease of implementation and administration, and minimal system unavailability and downtime. Oracle pushes meaningful updates often and we are loving the AI offerings.

Tagetik is incredibly comfortable to use. It is a great tool that combines both a very accessible tool for first level users to submit their data and a comfortable way for admins to customize and utilize its tools. I really appreciate how it is built in such a way that with guidance a user can understand the inner workings of the tool and help in making it better for their purpose.

This is an efficient solution. We were able to reduce up to 40% in the time to prepare consolidation compare to previously. The process is much more streamlined and provide better clarity to management.

This product has GREAT training and options for super user training. They have self service help options too so if you don't know what you need to do they will help.

Planful has been very helpful to our team for consolidation. We have 6 different brands whose financials and performance leaders like to review and analyze. Planful has made it possible for them to do so with minimal effort and allows them to get a financial overview on an as needed basis. The product is also user friendly. Further, any issues we faced were swiftly taken care of by the Planful Support team or the support engineers. Implementing this product throughout the company has been quick as well. Our controllers have quickly adjusted to using Planful and have nothing but good things to say. Some have been encouraged to create their own reports or reach out to myself to help them create reports so they are able to further utilize and take advantage of the platform. With planful reports, they are able to more quickly analyze their brand and make quicker and more effective business decisions. Planful reports also can help take some time out of the mundane, manual tasks and allow controllers to refocus that time on analyzing financials and helping their business.

IDL Konsis is highly flexible. For a 5 star rating, a few options would still be necessary to be implemented like more individuality in the calculation of deferred taxes on group level.
