As a CRM solution, this one is available at a very reasonable price, and there can be no doubt that this is one of the best deals on the market. I think it is safe to say that you will enjoy this a lot, as you will see that it offers you many customization options. There has been a lot of UI/UX design work I have been able to do on the tool, and I am thrilled with how it has turned out. As you go through the device, you will notice that the navigation is easy (there is a short learning curve), and the tool itself is intuitive.

I rated Vtiger CRM 5 stars because it's user-friendly and offers powerful management features for handling deals, purchase orders, and customer issues. Automated workflows are easy to customize to meet our needs. However, the Chinese interface can sometimes be slow to update when too many translations are applied simultaneously via the "Labels Editor". Overall, the experience was excellent.

I have worked with Bullhorn for a number of years, initially supporting clients who used the product, but for the last couple of years as an admin for Bullhorn as this is the CRM my company uses. I have always found Bullhorn to be a relatively simple application to use and get used to, in terms of supporting and configuring the application, this can take a little getting used to, but it is highly configurable and I have found Bullhorn support and account management to always be responsive and really helpful.
