Salesforce has been imperative to our marketing and sales efforts. It allows teams to effortlessly track the sales process, and any other company information we gather during and after the process. With so many add-ons and functionalities it's impossible to say where Salesforce's impact ends. In my role, I use it daily for reporting, tracking applicants for programmes we run internally and send out emails.

As a CRM solution, this one is available at a very reasonable price, and there can be no doubt that this is one of the best deals on the market. I think it is safe to say that you will enjoy this a lot, as you will see that it offers you many customization options. There has been a lot of UI/UX design work I have been able to do on the tool, and I am thrilled with how it has turned out. As you go through the device, you will notice that the navigation is easy (there is a short learning curve), and the tool itself is intuitive.

Overall experience has been extremely positive, the product capability is vast and we are in the process of looking to extend our foundational delivery into the more extensive part of the sales functionality. The ability to have a central version of our customer, the opportunities we hold and the contact they have with our organisation has provided a level of insight and customer behaviour that were not able to be validated previously. The set up and customisation options are easy to follow and the out of the box sales functionality delivered 90% of what was required with minimal development .

"Best CRM in the market you can get!"

Zoho is super user-friendly and easy to use. I'm impressed by the sheer functionality of the CRM. Would recommend everyone! However there's lack of advanced analytics in ZOHO. We have customised our ZOHO to max which is definitely the best thing as it feels like it is tailor made for our org.

Excellent thus far. Our sales rep (who was not ever pushing us to purchase anything) was always available for all of our questions and provided additional pertinent information before I had to request it. The senior business analyst, tech guy, has been able to answer all of our questions efficiently and guide us so we also learn on our own, and always make himself available for us.

HubSpot provides a seamless integration between my team's communications with potential clients (Gmail) and scheduling (Chili Piper + Zoom). Our sales team uses HubSpot for daily operations and takes advantage of key features like task management, workflows and sequences to cut back on our manual tasks and optimize our days to achieve maximum outreach during our working hours. We have workflows to route leads depending on what actions they take on our website to get them to the correct team to handle their needs in under 5 minutes. Sequences are used to send outreach to curated lists of contacts and the process is easy to understand and teach to my new hires. I have been able to find the answers to any questions that come up by using the forum boards alongside HubSpot Academy and really like how the lesson plans are laid out, explaining the terminology and implementation of whatever tool the lesson is on in detail.
