easy to connect with multiple email addresses at once ( of cx's ). Tagging enables us to contact the cx within minimal time. It also has good interface and while interacting with them, it does not disconnect automatically like it used to.

I hope they are improving the dragging of items from one place to the other.
When we connect to a third party sources, our contacts and details does not match sometimes. It is a glitch or something. Databases can not be pulled out from other platforms which can help us in identifying cx's need for the product.
