It's really easy to learn to use, and is good since our departments make up our smaller work forces, compared to our operational teams. It's simple, and not in a bad way, there's little clutter and that helps with focus. Very good for small teams.
I can list 3 aspects: 1) Seamless integrations with popular tools such as Gmail, MS Office, etc, which makes it easy to sync data and manage workflows. 2) Combination of CRM and project management capabilities to allow me and other users to manage leads, track tasks, oversee project progress... al in one place. 3) Ease of use and accesibility.
The interface is clean and modern, making it very easy to work with. The project management tool has saved us money, as we no longer need a separate solution for this.
It's got some limits, and we slowly move past it as we develop new needs. It also doesn't have extensive customization, and it does have some limits to tools and options that are semi normal. It does not mine data at a high level for interpretation, but does offer some lenses to look through. Not much to complain about except nuances and limits.
A few negative aspects I can highlight are: 1) Limited customization, the options it offers in this regard are quite basic. 2) Occasional perfomance issues when working with larger datasets, which cause slowdowns. 3) Basic reporting and analysis capabilities. 4) Some features, such as guided selling, advanced automation, AI-driven insights are either missing or undeveloped compared to its competitors.
Can get expensive if you decide to use the advanced features, but we have not run into this yet.
