Overall, my experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been largely positive. A very powerful CRM platform that can handle complex sales processes with lots of customization as business needs change. I think flexibility is one of the biggest strengths. Ecosystem around salesforce is excellent. The support is good and really helpful. Customization comes with a steep learning curve but once everything is set, It is the best CRM for almost all sales processes.

Great experience with Microsoft. Because we're a frontier company, we always have very engaged contacts within Microsoft to support us and to help navigate us through the product and capabilities. Early days with our deployment of the tool but it's provided parts of the business with tooling they've never had before so is opening up lots of areas of potential.

We started working with Zoho CRM to manage our customer database. One of the most interesting things is that practically all our needs are already anticipated and met. For example, we integrated seamlessly with Zoho's email marketing system and designed workflows that have allowed us to automate lead management. Zoho Telephony has been another highlight. Access to call integration makes our work much easier. The support is incredible. They resolve everything, and for a SaaS platform, they dedicate a significant amount of time to helping you. The technical staff is truly excellent.

Managing sales operations across 7 different countries with three distinct business models - retail, wholesale and project-based, is a massive challenge, and SAP Sales Cloud is the platform that holds it all together for us. We use it for everything from initial lead generation to final order. The integrations with Microsoft Teams and Outlook have been a real lifesaver for our teams' daily activity management and follow-ups. What is particularly impressive is how we have linked the system to local project databases both in Turkey and our other regions; lead flow in automatically, which keeps our pipeline fresh. We have also moved our entire approval mechanism to the system, so profitability and cost controls are now handled digitally before any quote is finalized. It is a powerful soliton for complex environments, but I have to be honest: because we have heavy external pricing integrations and custom workflows, we do see occasional performance dips. This is a trade-off for having such a comprehensive system, but it requires constant monitoring to keep operations running smoothly.
