Read Full ReviewA few negative aspects I can highlight are: 1) Limited customization, the options it offers in this regard are quite basic. 2) Occasional perfomance issues when working with larger datasets, which cause slowdowns. 3) Basic reporting and analysis capabilities. 4) Some features, such as guided selling, advanced automation, AI-driven insights are either missing or undeveloped compared to its competitors.
