    Great experience with Microsoft. Because we're a frontier company, we always have very engaged contacts within Microsoft to support us and to help navigate us through the product and capabilities. Early days with our deployment of the tool but it's provided parts of the business with tooling they've never had before so is opening up lots of areas of potential.

One of the biggest strenghts of MS Dynamics 365 Sales is its seamless integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Teams and Power Platform, which improves producivity and collaboration. Another key advantage is the high level of customization and workflow automation that allows organizations to adapt the platform to their sales peocesses. The reporting and dashboard capabilities are also very useful, providing good visibility into pipeline management, customer interactions and sales performance. Additionally, the cloud-based architecture supports calability an remote access.

The most valuable feature that comes out of this tool for us is the fact that we can get instant knowledge about our pipeline.

1 - Flexibility - D365 Sales is flexible which means we can adapt its use for our specific use case. 2 - Compatibility with existing M365 suite of tooling 3 - Ease of use

Dislike

One challenge with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is the complexity of licensing and pricing , especially for organizations using multiple Microsoft modules. Another drawback is that advanced customization and administration often require specialized technical knowledge , which can increase implementation time and support costds. Performance can also vary depending on the level of customization and integrations in the environment. In addition , some users may find the interface and navigation less intuitive compared to simpler CRM solutions, particulary during the initial adoption phase.

The program may be slower when working on a massive data set.

1 - Flexibility - a pro and a con - because it's so flexible it often feels like there are no ready to go, out of the box capabilities - everything seems to need some level of configuration. 2 - Instability - we've had instances where our Power Automate flows stop working or other functionality has been impacted by updates. 3 - Sales Outreach Tools - some of the sales outreach tools e.g. quick campaigns can feel a little cumbersome for users and not always straight forward to use.
