Overall I like working with this product, it's very intuitive, good and stable. From time to time we facing some issues but this is normal.

We work very well with this vendor, they are a true partner. We have implemented over +50 accounts with them and all have been completed quickly and efficiently. We conduct quarterly reviews that analyze data trends around the quality and compliance of the data being exchanged. We are also able to deep dive into critical areas (Tracking/Visibility) to further improve the end product for the customer to create a better experience when shipping with us.

Our Customer Success Manager has been extremely engaged and helpful. He is always readily available to answer questions, help troubleshoot issues and is extremely engaged in assisting us with carrier compliance.

The interface of the software is very useful and simplified. It's very handy to keep all your shipments tracking in one place. Software interface is very simple and saves a lot of time of its users.

Additional check calls and other extra tasks is the last thing you need in your daily operations, especially when 50% of your team is on sick leave. We want to focus on our professional skills and core business. Check calls have definitely decreased, and also our carriers like that their dwell time has decreased because our teams are super ready when they arrive on site.

Trimble Support and the development teams provide great communication and problem-solving skills that are shown in conversations around ad hoc IT issues and potential product enhancements. The platform UI is very intuitive to use and offers simple customization to allow us to provide real-time visibility to our US customers. Our largest win from partnering with Trimble is how it has strengthened our relationships with these customers.

Acsis and I have been doing business for over 25 years now. Acsis has been instrumental in fully automating and streamlining all of our warehouse operations. We are now paperless in our plant when processing orders and have automated all procedures from receiving to shipping using barcoding, scanning and the custom Warehouse Management system that was developed for us. Love the ability to track our loads / drivers up to the minute. Great tool with wonderful integrations.

I use it as a tracking tool for some shipments I need to track from my company. It works nicely and offers configurable email notifications to stay up to date with all the tracking. I definitely recommend it
