Overall I like working with this product, it's very intuitive, good and stable. From time to time we facing some issues but this is normal.

We work very well with this vendor, they are a true partner. We have implemented over +50 accounts with them and all have been completed quickly and efficiently. We conduct quarterly reviews that analyze data trends around the quality and compliance of the data being exchanged. We are also able to deep dive into critical areas (Tracking/Visibility) to further improve the end product for the customer to create a better experience when shipping with us.

GoComet helps us reduce our manual efforts for tracking all the shipments on all carrier sites. A single platform is given for Shipment tracking for all carriers. Consignee Dashboard, ETA email notifications, RED sea and Panama Canal attack affected shipment details, and Route changes for any crisis are also shown in MAP view. Major milestones are updated properly and we get WhatsApp notifications for all shipment ETA changes. The reports are very useful for auditing purposes. Predictive ETA and vessel tacking are both very useful for further planning.

We are a relatively new customer and the entire experience thus far has been phenomenal. I never felt pressured by our Account Manager during the sales process like I did with one of the competitors. Implementation was a very important part of our decision piece for us as we do not have much internal support for implementation - just one person. Our Account Manager broke down the process and everything that was outlined to us I think was actually undersold. Our Implementation Manager really went above and beyond to assist us in ensuring a successful roll-out of the product. Thus far, I have found the program extremely easy to use and the analytics have been quite impressive when presenting them to our customers. We've started utilizing the Four Kites platform in some of our customer presentations/QBRs to promote the technology implementation and the overall feedback has been restounding. We're now looking at ways we can expand on how we utilize the platform as a whole in the overall Customer Experience we provide for our customers.

Additional check calls and other extra tasks is the last thing you need in your daily operations, especially when 50% of your team is on sick leave. We want to focus on our professional skills and core business. Check calls have definitely decreased, and also our carriers like that their dwell time has decreased because our teams are super ready when they arrive on site.

The overhaul team is top notch. Extremely attentive and their platform is easy to use.

Transporation visibility is an integral part of the FLM product. It compliments basic functionality well.

Blume account and technical teams are comprehensive in their approach and are will to collaborate on solutions to streamline overall program.

Vinview has made answering the question where is my vehicle and when will it arrive something I can do with 90% confidence verses 40% prior to Vinview.

Trimble Support and the development teams provide great communication and problem-solving skills that are shown in conversations around ad hoc IT issues and potential product enhancements. The platform UI is very intuitive to use and offers simple customization to allow us to provide real-time visibility to our US customers. Our largest win from partnering with Trimble is how it has strengthened our relationships with these customers.

Acsis and I have been doing business for over 25 years now. Acsis has been instrumental in fully automating and streamlining all of our warehouse operations. We are now paperless in our plant when processing orders and have automated all procedures from receiving to shipping using barcoding, scanning and the custom Warehouse Management system that was developed for us.
