Before tessian we were getting a lot of spam/phishing emails, so we reached out to our partner and they put up in touch with tessian, the team at tessian are brilliant and are very helpful in getting you demos and setting you up correctly, in the demo it just showed how much of a difference it could make and it truly has for us, we have less emails to check as tessian does it all for us and is now one of our first line of defenses. Once tessian is setup correctly then you just leave it to do its work and they keep making the product better with out having to pay another level of cost which is the most important for us as well.

SMG is a vm machine that comes with a simple interface (you manage it via https) . It is a really good antispam, we usually configure it to scan emails to on premise exchange server. there are several tabs with many functions: you can have look at quarantine, release mails, add good senders and new spam criteria. Of course you can search for messages and have look at logs. The mail domain addresses receive quarantine notification that inform they hold mails in spam. The main dashboard displays a summary with release version, license expiry, statistics. Updates are easy to do, sometimes they take 10-20 minutes, so plan them not in work hours. And take a snapshot before proceeding. on internet you can find a lot of information and support about SMG.

I'm using Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP). The EOP is a cloud -base email filtering that help protect your organization against spam, malware and othe email-base threat. I have more than 3 years experiance.

These appliance check all the email entering you domain, verify the link, detone the Office/software/document attached and stop all malicious content. The interface is very easy to use and looks like a spam filter with many other feature.

This tool is excellent, as an administrator, i am able to see the 360 view on complete activities, even easy to operate and setup policies, reporting part is very attractive which can be shown to higher management
