This software has worked exactly as expected and has been easy to configure. It does not require extensive support and we've been able to develop in-house troubleshooting and configuration experts within the business. Moreover, they are constantly adding to and improving the product and my cost has not gone up during the term. After transitioning from another contract system which was mostly a repository, it was definitely a plus.

Ivalua provides an extremely flexible and configurable solution that allowed our organization to migrate all our existing source to contract processes and databases into a single solution on a single code. All of our workflow needs were easily built and improved upon with additional capabilities that have been very well received by our business stakeholders. The repository and renewal system makes it simple and intuitive to find contracts and manage our renewal cycles. The only area our organization decided to opt of adopted at the time of implementation was contract authoring within the system. This was due to the amount of change management already involved with the 2 year implementation plan and capabilities we wanted to wait for coming through the Ivalua roadmap. We plan on making use of the roadmap features coming through the new version upgrade to implement contract authoring and augment our platform across all modules.
