My overall experience with KnowBe4 has been excellent. As a user, I've found the platform to be essential for enhancing my company's security awareness. The wide range of training we receive, and even the phishing simulations, is challenging and has greatly improved my company's ability to recognize and respond to potential threats. I particularly like the different options available for simulations - they really keep us on our feet!

The experience was engaging and informative. It helped me recognize phishing attempts more effectively, it was well structured and easy to follow and i appreciate the real world examples. It was an excellent refresher on cybersecurity best practices. I found the training relevant to my role at the company and it increased my confidence in identifying phishing and malware attempts. It is the best phishing training i have ever experienced in the workplace.

What worked well is that Proofpoint made creating phishing pages incredibly simple. Walking the line between easy operation and customization can sometimes be difficult, but Proofpoint did it flawlessly. Configuring training resources for end users was very easy as well, however lacked many modules in the 5min range in terms of duration of the module.

I am quite happy using this tool and can safely say that our user awareness has increased.

All I have is a positive experience with PhishingBox. As a software developer, you are aware of the existing threats and risks in your field and so you need the best tool out there to mitigate risks and when risks are unavoidable, ways to handle them effectively without accruing any loss or damage. With PhishingBox, all your cybersecurity is guaranteed in various forms. For instance, it helps with access controls such that unauthorized individuals are denied any access to your data. It also offers human risk management through employee training programs. These programs allow a firm to implement a robust security training program thereby minimizing cyber-criminal threats which also prevents phishing attacks. Another advantage of this tool is it has phishing training that brings awareness to employees as well as other users through simulations such as real-world cyber-attack scenarios. Mimecast is an exceptional provider of Training regarding computing security awareness - they provide many free videos which we can then use to push out to our users and then can take statistics to get results from those users.

Great tool. I've used a few of these and this is the first platform that has a strong vision to accompany the technology. There's plenty of smart features that can increase security, but it's the overall mission of the company that I find quite compelling, especially compared to others.
