What I like most about SoSafe is its combination of high-quality training content, realistic phishing simulations, and user-friendly design. Consistent design, good content, easy to administrate
The quality and breadth of the simulations was what really kept my attention. And I felt like if I needed help or support, it was easy to find additional resources or get ahold of SoSafe. It's also super easy and intutive to use, offering a clean and simple UI.
There were still processes in the administration area that relied on a few manual steps. I would like to see more automation in this area.
Low flexibility to make changes or add new elements, e.g. user specific phishing mails
There were a couple times it felt unresponsive or a little clunky when clicking through. I know from our teams that there was a wish for a little deeper level to the reporting, but that this is coming. I'd like to see another update to the content, as I think the strength of the platform is in it's evolving response to the landscape.
