As mentioned before, we only used the Phish Alarm but we did have plans to use the actual training portion. In order to use the Phish Alarm plugin for Outlook you need to setup the Security Awareness software as they work together. So, for what we used it for it was great. We have pushed the plugin to the client's Outlook App via Azure. After a few hours the Phish Alarm button shows up in the user's outlook and the web app. When a user gets a suspicious email they can submit it for review using the Phish Alarm button. Depending on how it's configured it can submit it to IT, delete the msg, send it to junk folder etc. You can even have it display a custom message. It integrates with TRAP and can recall messages for you as well. The analytics are great, it shows you how many messages a user submitted as well as their score (if you are using the training portion). Management opted to go with a less expensive Security Awareness Training which is why we're only using the Phishing Alarm feature of the application.
Customer service has been good when I have had issues that I can't resolve on my own
one thing thats valued the most is the ability to work well with our current security stack. Since new features roll out often we're often left excited to know how the newest feature will compliment other areas in the security stack. The ability to use a single pane glass for security has made a noticeable impact on our overall security posture.
Nothing major but we had some issues where some users would receive errors when trying to submit emails using the Phish Alarm button. We had to get support involved and they cleaned something in the backend. Besides that, it worked as we thought it would.
Adding more languages would be helpful. There are modules I like the content for but they dont have the languages we need .
I don't really dislike anything about the product but an area of recommendation would be to improve some elements of the UI. Also, alert fatigue can play a factor if system is not tuned or configured properly.

Phish Alarm Integration in Outlook Shows Effective Results and Minor Submission Errors
We only sort of used it halfway but the part we did use worked great. I can only assume the actual training part works just as good. I'll explain more in my review. - IT SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE<50M USDRetailReview Source
Consistent Value Delivery and Security Visibility Observed After One Year of Use
after a full year of continued use, my overall experience with zenguide remains positive. This product/platform has proven to me to be reliable, scalable and continues to deliver value to my organization. It helps reduce risk and improves visibility across my organization. I feel the support system and stability of the platform is consistent and great to see. Bite-Sized Information Enhances Training, Complicated Reporting Hampers Accessibility
I have worked with other vendors on security training and find that this product is the easiest to implement and get users excited about using. I have some issues with the reporting and ease of access but for the most part, I'm able to find valuable information to give to my directors concerning security training, user success and completion rates - SECURITY ENGINEERGov't/PS/EdGovernmentReview Source
Continuous Updates Enable Real-Time Threat Training and Multi-Domain Integration
Product ability to be agile. Ease of installation. Ability to integrate with Azure AD and is definitely able to connect and bridge the gap in situations for "Multi Domain" Use. The product is in a constant state of enhancement and updates. I love that the product team is consistently updating this product year to year, and quarter to quarter. The fluid nature of this product allows my team to provide insights and threats directly to my end users. We can effectively deliver up to date and real time threat information through training to my users. The platform also has a variety of different material that can vary from short term to long term training material for my end users. - IT Security & Risk Management Associate50M-1B USDManufacturingReview Source
Training Setup Is Simple But Content Variety and Accessibility Remain Challenges
I like the ease of setting up training to launch, but content can sometimes be challenging to find. For our annual company wide training we try to include several modules but keep it short so employees don't have to spend a long time to complete it. Any modules with a long introduction, like the Cyber Guys, is automatically excluded. Some modules look old fashioned in black & white etc. When I do find modules I like, they sometimes don’t have the languages we need. It also feels like there are many focused on humor and not many for serious content.
