It is inexpensive and gets basic functionality in place with little effort. Their online classes have great instructors.
The quality of the content is exceptional. Their videos are not AI-generated or boring.
The Culture Survey could be a powerful feature, but usage isn't very clear, the results are hard to report on, and the experience is largely hidden.
The web UI needs a lot of work. Basic concepts are not in place such as pages remembering filter settings when you go back to it in the same session, etc.
Sounds kinda contradictory but there are times when I feel that the quality of the content is great but it feels repetitive. I also don't like that we're unable to attach multiple pdfs in one policy. It would also be great if they were able to provide training for non-desk workers and insight on user behavior.
