KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Overall, the experience has been extremely positive. the platform has helped us move from delivering occasional security awareness training to running a structured, continuous programme that's easy to manage and delivers measurable results. features such as baseline assessments, phishing simulations, risk scoring, interactive training and comprehensive reporting have given us the visibility to understand where our risks are, monitor improvements over time and adapt our approach as new threats emerge. As a smaller business, we've particularly appreciate how much time the platform saves through automation, the extensive content library and the ease of managing campaigns (especially as a non-technical administrator!). While the initial integration took a little longer (again, non-technical bod here) - the support team worked with our IT provider to ensure a successful implementation. The account management team has continued to provide excellent support through regular check-ins, practical advice and quick responses in the cases where we've needed extra support. Most importantly, we've been able ot see real improvements in user behaviour. our PPP has reduced over time, employees are more confident to report suspicious emails (with the PAB). It's become an ongoing part of our culture, rather than an annual compliance exercise. I'd have no hesitation in recommending KnowBe4 to organisation looking for an effective, well-supported security awareness platform.
