KnowBe4 Training Blends Humor, Real World Scenarios and Practical Security Lessons
KnowBe4 security awareness training is geared toward users across the spectrum - from the technically impaired to the tech savvy - and sticks out in your brain like a gimmicky infomercial song, if you know what I mean. Its methodology is simple - make people the "firewall" against hackers - which in my opinion is really a great idea and a great way of making online security awareness a much more relevant educational topic. Just like technology today, hackers are constantly evolving and twisting advances like AI (artificial intelligence) to their Machiavellian schemes. In this day and age, people simply need to look at security awareness from the same vantage point as we did post 9/11 in the real world, which is "we don't depend on security; security depends on us". - NETWORK ADMINISTRATORGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
Extensive Content Library Facilitates Cybersecurity Training Tailored to Employee Needs
Our overall experience with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been great. Access to the content is straightforward and the quality is great as well. From our standpoint, we wanted a solution that had access to great content and gave us the flexibility to deliver through their platform or our own LMS. Our account team is great to work with and have always treated us well. - IT Security & Risk Management Associate1B-10B USDManufacturingReview Source
Phishing Simulations Effective But Reporting and Assessment Setup Presents Difficulties
The overall KnowBe4 experience has been good, however we have faced challenges. Limited new training content, Preferred training languages readily available and setting up the SAPA and managing communications through the dashboard was complex and created difficulties. Not using all of the KnowBe4 products also impacts how accurately the VRO score reflects our organization. - Manager, It Security And Risk Management50M-1B USDConstructionReview Source
