Its methodology is simple - make people the "firewall" against hackers - which in my opinion is really a great idea and a great way of making online security awareness a much more relevant educational topic. Just like technology today, hackers are constantly evolving and twisting advances like AI (artificial intelligence) to their Machiavellian schemes. That said, we've heard that Ninijo recently worked with a data analytics company, which is expected to enhance the quality and depth of future reporting. On a positive note, their support team has been responsive and helpful, offering manual corrections and verification when we encountered inaccuracies in the portal-generated reports.
