We had an issue in the past with our previous provider with users having to create and manage an account specific to the site. Ninjio provides special links for each user that tracks their progress and doesn't require extra steps, making it way easier and likely for users to participate.
Easy to use, multiple language options
Their cybersecurity content and the delivery mechanism (animation using known actors for voices) provides that rare combination of content that is both good AND that employees will participate in.
There could definitely be more phishing templates. I feel like I've already gone through most of the genuine looking ones and have struggled a bit over the past few months to figure out which ones to deploy. It seems that there is a way to make custom templates but I have not figured that part out.
Limited selection
Their underdeveloped admin interface is by far their weakest point. Unintuitive and confusing, it makes it difficult for employees to easily see their training history as well as what training they need to do. Their reporting tends to be CSV exports, which while somewhat useful, do not produce executive-appropriate material.
