Response time & customization of the training content - both of which are good. I don't love having to replace the content yearly, even if nothing has changed, however.

The product is reliable and requires little maintenance on my organization. It was fast and easy to begin using immediately.

some seem abit outdated some can be very long doesnt state the duration of each course

Replacing the content yearly, even if nothing has changed - that has caused issues in the past. Inconsistency in the SCORM files. One course has the user close the training from the upper right X, while another has the user close the course from the lower right exit button. The SCORM didn't seem to take our LMS into consideration, as it says to close via the upper right X, but there is one in the course and of course the window has an x. Users click the window x and then their progress is not maintained. Also, the one security course is just too long (1 hour) - if anything goes wrong and progress is not maintained, it's so frustrating for the end users. I would like the option for my end user to speed up the training - this would be to help with the 1 hour long course - all my employees dread taking it.

The produce and service is reliable, efficient, and easy to use. The training is clear and innovative. Some tailoring of the learning environments is required to make it more relevant to the organization.
