    Our overall experience with VTiger CRM Comercializadora has been positive. It has been a very useful tool for managing our customer information, sales activities, follow-ups, and commercial pipeline. The platform can be a little tricky at first, especially during configuration and customization, but once the team understands the workflow, it becomes a valuable tool for improving organization, visibility, and control over sales processes.

There seems to regularly be issues/errors that occur at random Actions I was once able to perform have disappeared e.g. copy and pasting formatted info from webpages which I now have to screen shot removing the ability to copy the information in the comments Repetitive and unnecessary tabs and fields are still present and I believe requests have been sent to have them removed
