It keeps all of our customer details and log cabin specs perfectly linked together in one single places The pipeline layout makes it super easy to track a project from the initial inquiry all the way to the final on-site installation Being able to store quotes, floor plans, and contracts directly on the client's profile saves us a lot of time

layout is good and the co-owner feature is good to have which helps various sales leaders to collaborate and share their credit on any opportunity.

Ease of managing accounts and Pipelines, customisable Insightful Dashboard, Custom filtered Reports.

Dislike

The mobile app can be a bit clunky and slow when our team is on-site trying to quickly upload installation photos Setting up custom fields or automated workflows for our build schedules take a bit too much technical tweaking The search bar is sometimes a bit picky, so if you don't type a customer's name exactly right, it struggles to find them
