Pipedrive Likes & Dislikes
Clear visual sales pipelines that make it easy to understand deal progress and priorities with just a quick glance Minimal training needed to start using it effectively (for the most part) Really strong integration ecosystem that adds email, calendar and automation tool functionality
the workflows for running a sales cycle and managing a custom sales cycle, and data you can pull from these areas, are useful and work well for managing an individual deal.
Our favourite feature so far is how quickly you can update and move deals. It's very intuitive and easy to add notes, updates etc which we have really struggled with previous CRMs.
Limited native marketing automation features so additional costs involved REporting and analytics don't offer more advanced use cases like multi-touch attribution Some of the more advanced but essential functionality and support depend on having a higher tier plan
It's difficult to pull more globalized information - this can be at the account level, the territory level, etc. These are things I expect of a modern CRM - there are more use cases than just using it as a deal funnel tool.
Reporting seems a little bit limited unless you pay for a higher plan, and the dashboard on the growth plan seems a bit rigid. There is very limited AI integration too on the lower plans.

Simple sales focused CRM that prioritises usability over advanced automation
Piepdrive has worked well overall for tracking sales activity and keeping it all ogranised, especially when it comes to managing pipelines (thank goodness) and deal tracking. It's pretty intuitive to use and easy to get up and running - especially if you already have experience with this type of tool. It also didn't need heavy initial setup which is always a plus. Where it fell short for me is on the marketing side - automations, reporting, and multi-channel campaigns are pretty limited unless you rely on other integrations. Which means an added cost that could logically be removed. Overall it's a strong sales focused platform but not a full marketing automation platform. - REGIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVEB<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Sales Cycle Management Effective But Struggles With Account And Territory Analytics
While the product works as expected for managing a deal, looking at sales cycle analytics, and moving through a customized sales cycle, just about anything else expected from a modern CRM (account level information, territory segmentation, account analysis, prospecting, etc) is a challenge. - MARKETING EXECUTIVE<50M USDEnergy and UtilitiesReview Source
Fast to use, very intuitive navigation and good first impressions so far.
We are new to Pipedrive, but so far it seems extremely intuitive, easy to navigate and the onboarding team have been second to none. There are a lot of features to wrap our heads around, but our initial impressions are very positive! - Business Development Associate50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source
