I think the platform has really grown into a powerful product with great capabilities. The product team is showing great insight into how marketeers work and what their needs are, which is reflected in the new features developed. I'd like to see more extendability towards other parts of the Dynamics suite (e.g. Sales) to ensure that things are handed over properly to the sales team, but I can see from their recent developments that it's an area that will get more focused as they mature. I also want to commend their extendability to/from the Power Platform, as custom triggers really give an edge in tying processes together. It also helps users build what they need, not what they have available out-of-box. I would like to see more development in the reporting area, as many companies would like to build their own reporting frameworks, combined with other metrics (sales, etc).
