Major difference is that we can send text SMS and also set up international calling which will help the sales team. Whatsapp automation is very unique because the leads we generate through email campaigns can be used for mass whatsapp outreach. It's much more than an email suite because it's default CRM is very useful. We can create custom forms and custom email templates to set up automated drip nurture campaigns. They also charge extra for certain features like customer data platform etc. Since they have added multiple features to the same interface, the advanced customizations are not available. Unless you are using WordPress, look for other alternatives for more deep and advanced features.
