Hubspot marketing platform is a fantastic source of truth for all marketers! It removes the complexity of setting up GA4 tracking and looking at different attribution models by Google which you cannot see. The Marketing Hub has the intelligence to look at contacts and leads at a variety of different attribution models which is handy for our reporting. Dashboards also give us access to results for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads as well as email marketing automation and sends and landing page creation - what more could you need!

We have the ability to create landing pages within the CMS - this is great for creating bespoke pages for any paid initiatives like PPC and Paid Social where the landing page needs to differ from the organic one. Hubspot Tracking - all different variations of attribution models can be switched between, allowing you to look at performance across the board. You also have the ability to create custom dashboards as well as use many of their pre templates. Hubspot Forms - super easy to add to your website to send contact details straight into the CMS which can then go straight into your funnel and automations.

It's all-in-one, easy to use platform that brings email marketing, automation, CRM, analytics and campaign management together in one place. The clean interface, powerful automation workflows and detailed reporting make it easy to track performance, nurture leads and make data-driven decisions.

The best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its unified nature and powerful automation. Native integration with the CRM is a standout strength, ensuring a;; marketing efforts, from email nurturing to lead scoring, flow into a single customer view for both marketing and sales teams. This all-in-one approach streamlines campaign execution and provides unparalleled revenue attribution reporting, allowing you to prove exactly which activities close deals.

Dislike

I wish there was the ability to remove areas of the left navigation that arent relevant to teh business - it comes with so many prebuilt areas but if you are using custom elements not all of these are required so navv'ing around for other users who dont use the interface very often can be complex. Its pricey - there is arguably lots of services and things you can use in the system but you need someone to drive it internally to really maximise whats there - otherwise it can be a lot of money down the drain each month.

Dislike

Some of the more advanced features and customization options are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can make it expensive as needs grow. Also certain workflows and reports have a learning curve and complex setups that may require extra time and support to configure properly.

Dislike

The main weakness is the pricing model where costs scale steeply with contact volume and crucial features like reporting, A/B testing and full automation being paywalled in the expensive Pro tier or higher. While I feel it pays for itself in time, for small teams, this creates a steep learning curve and makes the platform costly to fully utilize.

En mi experiencia lo que hace buena una u otra opción tiene que ver con: Estructura de datos requeridas, gobernanza tanto para consumo, como para suministro de datos. La alimentación o suministro de datos es fundamental, la vieja regla BEBS, sigue siendo el básico permanente, por lo tanto la metodología DAMA es una buena práctica, o cualquier otra que evite que los datos sean vulnerables o corrompidos, su un CRM sirve para tomar decisiones, por qué abría campos vacíos, por qué no invertir tiempo en entrenar a los equipos para que llenen los datos de acuerdo a una política robusta. Cuando escucho que lo importante es vender, y qué por eso no registraron datos, pienso ¿Qué mayor prisa que la de tener datos confiables?

    HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very solid all-in-one platform for managing campaigns, automation, and lead tracking in a well structured way, especially for teams that prioritise visibility across the funnel. That said, as a leader in the industry, it can become very complex and expensive as you scale as a leader in the industry. Some advanced features have a very steep learning curve to be able to fully use, and may not always pay off.

    Hubspot is basically an all-rounder of marketing tools - it's super smooth and easy to use, unlike most enterprise software that feels like a headache. Having everything from email to CRM in one place feels like having God mode because you can see exactly where your leads are coming without any juggle. The only real catch is the price; it starts feeling a bit heavy on the pocket as you grow, almost like a success tax. But if you want a tool that just works and let's your team focus on marketing instead of fixing technical glitches.
