One of the greatest features of the Repository is the organization. Prior to LinkSquares we had items living in folders and it provided for very difficult storing and locating. The ability to use tags makes for a much cleaner, more organized search. The features within Finalize that we find most useful, is the ability to ensure that proper approvals have been handled prior to going for signature. Prior to using linksquares we did not have control over this, so this allows security in the signor knowing what they are signing and ensuring accountability within each group. Lastly, the use of the dashboards has been a useful feature, as we are able to show growth within the year. We will be utilizing the legal dashboard to show efficacy as well as to create a EOY report and compare year to year.

One of the best aspects of LinkSquares is the user-friendly and intuitive interface, which makes navigating the platform and managing contracts within it simple and efficient. Additionally, the Microsoft Word plug-in provides a seamless way to edit agreements, make internal comments, complete tasks and upload new versions, all within Word. The AI Assist function within the plug-in is one of the best AI tools I've worked with, and offers accurate responses and legal-based drafting. Finally, the clause library is an invaluable resource for storing frequently used clauses approved in our organization and easily adding new ones from current agreements.

We have had multiple product requests which our account manager takes back to the product team, but we dont typically hear a response to them after they have been made. Additionally, we are waiting on the rollout of natural language search to the system, which the timeline has been pushed out multiple times and that is our biggest gap right now.

While LinkSquares offers many strong features, there are a few areas for growth. The post-signature lacks an AI chatbot for this real-time assistance, but I understand this feature is in development, which is promising. On the pre-signature side, the out-of-the-box reporting options are somewhat limited; while custom reports can be created, they come at an additional cost. Lastly, navigating the contract negotiation and workflow process tends to be easier when there are fewer reviewers and approvers. That said, some of this complexity stems from our own internal processes rather than the platform itself.
