Because of our previous experience with the platform and the systems ease of use, we were able to implement the application from scratch within 3 months with minimal consultant help. Finally, the account team and learning library within Ironclad are both fantastic at providing support. From the responsive account team to the in-depth articles and step-by-step guides in the library, there is no lack of support for your questions.

I led the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of Ironclad's CLM. We selected Ironclad over two other competitors after a structured RFP that clarified pricing and capabilities. Implementation was collaborative and supported by Ironclad's enablement programs. We aligned workflows with our DoA and developed internal guidance to ensure scalable governance. Operationally, we've integrated Ironclad Signature, expanded adoption across departments, and built reporting processes around contract data. The platform has proven to be intuitive, flexible, and well supported. Overall, it continues to fit our growing needs and pace for maturity in the contracting space.
