The Requester experience and workflow configurability continues to be one of the strongest features. The workflow engine provides and outstanding set of configurations and tools to adapt to our approval policies and contracting paths. The rollout and enablement supported by Ironclad proved to be a cost-effective option for us when implementing Ironclad. Because of our previous experience with the platform and the systems ease of use, we were able to implement the application from scratch within 3 months with minimal consultant help. Finally, the account team and learning library within Ironclad are both fantastic at providing support. From the responsive account team to the in-depth articles and step-by-step guides in the library, there is no lack of support for your questions.

There are two things that I believe differentiate Ironclad. First, it's UX relative to other CLMs is the best. Our business users have found the system highly intuitive, leading to quick adoption and positive feedback. Second, the ability to administer the system and make updates as needed. Our company is fast-paced and rapidly evolving, and Ironclad allows us to adapt quickly and easily.
Out-of-the-box analytics and reporting are improving, but some operational questions still push us towards periodic data exports for deeper analysis. Additionally, renewal notifications and date queries still remain an elusive challenge.

Ironclad lacks relational database capabilities, which should be fairly standard for a system like this. We are currently participating in beta testing for capabilities that would effectively allow us to reference our vendor master which will be a substantial improvement, but additional use cases requiring relational database capabilities (such as employee tables for approval logic) will continue to allow for increased efficiency and accuracy in how we work with Ironclad. This has been resolved through their entities capability release. We continue to set up and update our instance to have this in production, but it should improve things greatly when we can reference a vendor list to have more streamlined inputs as well as more robust integrations that require input in a specific way.

Operationally, we've integrated Ironclad Signature, expanded adoption across departments, and built reporting processes around contract data. The platform has proven to be intuitive, flexible, and well supported. Tool Simplifies Contract Negotiations Despite Challenges With Workflow Changes
The Ironclad team was helpful in helping learn how to develop the workflows, but many changes had to be made as we continued to learn how the tool works while developing. Over time this caused a need to pause and understand the full level of changes that needed to be made so we weren't spending all our time updating workflows after the fact. IronClad provided us with the tools we needed to build the CLM that was right for our organization. The consultant who helped us with the design was excellent and really engaged with our business. When we have questions, the response team is very timely and attentive. IronClad is constantly making improvements and enhancements, and they communicate these very well.
