The best of Brightidea is the ease of use, easily shareable whiteboard space for processes such as roadmapping and features such as voting allowing users direct contribution.

There are many features I like about using Brightidea innovation cloud, but to list a few, it is a very efficient tool that can make collaborations with talented people across the world, it conducts programs such as hackathons and coding competitions which builds confidence and knowledge among participants etc.

it is given the chance to each employee to contribute to the success of its organization

I dislike the sticky notes layout picking as I cannot alternate among sticker layouts by simply dragging.

I am not sure I have any dislikes at this point in time, but the only thing I do not like much is their software is so exclusive and to be purchased fully.

being a common platform where everyone has access, some shared topics by a department could be difficult to be understood/interpreted by other departments
