It automates everything about long term rentals. Rent pay reminders, renter portal, work order requests, all property/lease info is in one spot, and you can automate payments to owners.
The feature I like the most about this product is the ability to seamlessly record notes, communications and correspondence. When viewing a property or tenant on file, you are able to easily review their file and records to understand the history of events respective to the property.
Honestly I haven't seen something I don't like, I suppose I want more features, be able to text guests through the platform.
There have been a few experiences where the software glitches and this has consequently caused other apps within the software to have delays as well. This was primarily a problem with the task system and may result in tasks not being completed on time.
