The large number of features offered being able to easily define leases and terms in a way that is efficient once the initial learning curve is crossed.
It could be tailored (to a certain extend) to our user specific needs and best practice of the market that we identified in our country. The tool is also scalable to the very high volume of real estate transactions and assets we manage, with a high pace of investment requiring addition of assets for management and reporting in the tool.
Ease of access and ease of use. Great reporting
The UI can be hard to navigate with excessive fields in parts that are not relevant, this may be due to my firms personal customisation so may not be applicable to all
Some customization were not accessible because partnership with other tools/service providers are not yet set-up. However in case of lack of those partnerships, some customization could be done through APIs.
The conversion for old software (MRI) was time consuming to get historical information into the new system
