    We are a non profit that depends largely on the ability to negotiate terms on contracts when purchasing a new product. Our ButterflyMX rep has been helpful and knowledgeable from the very first phone call. Now that we are in the installation phase the support hasn't stopped and they have been helpful in ways we didn't think we needed them.

The maintenance request system could be considered to be severely lacking. There is no sequential process for assigning and monitoring repair tasks. Sometimes, requests are misplaced or forgotten, and this leads to the frustration of the tenants and delays in fixing problems.
