It was very easy to set up and also it allows for seamless entry without having to carry keys or fobs.
With ButterflyMXs resident portal, tenants were able to submit requests for maintenance, pay rent through an online platform and gain access to property documents. This has helped to enhance communication and was beneficial for my property tenants.
The ability to unlock doors and gates remotely using app is very useful.
I had a few issues with delay or failure to unlock the door, mostly because of wifi connectivity.
The maintenance request system could be considered to be severely lacking. There is no sequential process for assigning and monitoring repair tasks. Sometimes, requests are misplaced or forgotten, and this leads to the frustration of the tenants and delays in fixing problems.
Occasional connectivity issues can arise with the app, which cause temporary inconvenience.
