As the product is in cloud, very limited access to the product which stop on innovation. No access to backend systems also creates issue while analyzing.
Lack of knowledge about Oracle Cloud Integration and functionality gaps. This lead to poor design decisions, UAT and productions bugs, delayed deployments and Increased project costs.
It may have been due to business time constraints, but it oftentimes felt like we were focused on building a minimum viable product and there wasn't enough thought or advice given around the ideas of how do we do it better? or what things aren't we doing that could give us a technological edge?
