Oracle Cloud Enhances Self-Service Capabilities in HR
Our company recently launched Oracle Cloud and we went from Oracle's on-site hosted solution. Oracle Cloud is by far a much better service that has so many useful modules for employee administration and self service. Services like the organization directory, managing absences, employment verification letter, career marketplace, just to name a few, have really benefitted our organization. It allows me to find information and do lots of self service requests without the need to contact HR each time. The Journeys feature even allows us to assign tasks to people and have notifications sent until they are complete.
