The project resources were not experienced enough in Oracle Cloud Implementation projects that are heavy in Integration to and from other Legacy systems and so were learning on the job. Multiple Significant project members turnover caused interruption to project progress. Over all implementation strategy and planning was lacking the level of maturity that was expected which caused rework , Solution Gaps, delayed implementation timelines. Part of the challenge was also caused by Oracle Procurement and Order Management Cloud functionality gaps around Integration capabilities.
