Easy to set up alerts; easy to filter Painpoints: - the date filter in the alerts section is hard to use, as one needs to click back month-by-month back, and then again month-by-month forward. For example, looking at alerts requires a lot of clicks! - visibility of the alerts - there is only 5 per page with no ability to expand the view to show more or all. This hinders a quick holistic analysis of alerts. For example, if a customer has 75 alerts, the best way to analyze them is to download the file..
