Reliability.
We had a large deployment of Cisco products. Being a seasoned Cisco user, it makes it easy to deploy the ISR G2 in the network at different tiers. The variety of available interfaces and variable bandwidth as per platform makes the business case easy to use them as per requirement.
Cisco costs a lot more than some of the other vendors.
Difficulty in getting support with complex issues.
The ISR G2 performance is really hit when used for the QoS because they use the same CPU for control and data plane

1941 Routers - Dependable Work Horse
Functional L3 device (1941), capable of Internet and WAN edge security, NAT and all expected IGPs. Problems were few & far between with issues arising due to poor usage of debug commands so definitely the CPU utilization max could be hit fairly easily for a router running WAN edge purposes. Implementation was easy and straight forward
Installed a Cisco 2951 ISRG2 to be used as a Session Border Controller to integrate Cisco Unified Communications Manager with Office365 Voicemail features in the cloud. Solution worked very well and has been stable since it has been setup.
