These are the likes of this product 1) Very Efficient claim process for the user 2) Very nice Collaborative Effort to achieve the required goal. Video Sessions and real-time submitting of documents make the process very easy. 3) User-friendly Software and very easy to use.
Can be repetitve to upload documents. Lack of admin level controls and configurable task automation Would like more automated form filling
Feature set can be improved, it has limited features. Some tasks are redundant which make it a bit time taking process and uploading image has limitations
These are the product dislike 1) Missing Features:- Some Users found CalimXperience to be lacking in features, making it difficult for them to use. 2) Slow Data Entry, As it takes a longer time to fill out the fields depending on the Claim. 3) Some of the user has issue with reporting feature of ClaimXperience.
